  2. How We Use Information. Data is used solely for internal operations — tracking machine repairs, costs, and inventory for Vital Vending Sales LLC.

  3. QuickBooks Integration. The application connects to QuickBooks Online to access your item and parts list. We do not store your QuickBooks credentials. OAuth tokens are stored locally in your browser.

  4. Data Storage. Data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. No data is sold or shared with outside parties.

  5. Access. Only authorized Vital Vending Sales employees may access this application.
