VVS Refurb Dashboard — End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Vital Vending Sales LLC ("Company") and the individual accessing the VVS Refurb Dashboard ("User").
License Grant. Company grants User a limited, non-transferable license to use the VVS Refurb Dashboard solely for internal business operations of Vital Vending Sales.
Restrictions. User may not share access credentials, reverse engineer, or redistribute the application or its contents.
Ownership. The VVS Refurb Dashboard and all associated content remain the sole property of Vital Vending Sales LLC.
Termination. Company may revoke access at any time. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the application.
Disclaimer. The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Company is not liable for any damages arising from use of the application.
Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
